Understand Which Client You are
There are usually 5 types of clients:
- I am just starting and need someone to help get me set up.
- I just give all my receipts and check stubs to my tax preparer.
- I’m really behind (like years…), can you get me caught up?
- It’s getting to be too much, I cannot keep up with everything by myself.
- Everything is great! I just want to make a change.
I’ll just say that very rarely do we hear from Client Type 5…. Do not be too embarrassed to call. Client Types 1, 2, 3 & 4 are more common than you know!

Chapter 2
Understand your Needs
You and I will discuss your immediate needs and look at your short and long term business goals. We’ll look at your current method of bookkeeping and evaluate the following:
- Current Process Flow – How does your current process work?
- System Software – QuickBooks, Xero, Excel or a Shoebox of Receipts
- Reporting Requirements – Federal, State, Local Levels
- Define your needs and put together a plan to make your life easier.
Chapter 3
Understand your Custom Plan
We will build a custom plan to work for you and your business. We offer many services and since each business is unique, no two plans are the same.
We take pride in being a one-stop shop. We can do it all in addition to being your trusted advisor. However, anything is possible. We’ll evaluate your needs and you determine how much you want to do yourself.
